We undertake the design and supply of Air Handling Unit (AHU) for Pharma, Biotech and Nutraceutical facilities. The AHUs are designed to suit specific classification needs of a particular work environment. Be it classification in terms of Class 100000, 10000 or be it Graded like Grade C or Grade B. The Design of the AHU system is worked out in tandem with the civil engineering Group for slab cutouts or with cutouts on the walk-on false ceiling.
Important Design Considerations for HVAC Systems

The four important air-conditioning design consideration for clean room systems Design are:

  • Supplying airflow in sufficient volume and cleanliness to support the cleanliness rating of the room
  • Introducing air in a manner to prevent stagnant areas where particles could accumulate
  • Conditioning air to meet clean-room temperature, humidity and filtration requirements
  • Ensuring enough conditioned makeup air to maintain the specified positive pressurization
  • Beside the room preparation in terms of materials and finishes play an equally important role in meeting these requirements. The idea is to minimize the internal generation of contaminants from the surfaces.
